Use of Information
PoloCenter will not collect any personal information about individuals except when voluntarily provided by such individuals.

If you are signing up for the free email service on behalf of a minor, use the child's parent or guardian's e-mail address and make sure that you have prior permission from the child's parent or guardian so to do.

Cookies
PoloCenter may use a feature of your internet browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to your computer.   Cookies are files that your browser places on your computer's hard drive.   These cookie files may be used to track your clicks as you go through PoloCenter's web site.

PoloCenter may use cookies to track whether your computer got to PoloCenter from a particular internet link or banner advertisement and to count how many times various pages were visited.

Cookies may also be used to save and retrieve passwords which may be used in certain areas of the PoloCenter site, saving you from having to re-enter this information upon every visit to those particular areas of the PoloCenter site.   Cookies cannot be used by PoloCenter to retrieve any information about you unless you provided such information to PoloCenter as referenced above.
